Three suspected thieves have landed in serious trouble after they were caught stealing telecommunication mast batteries.
The three thieves were brutally beaten with dangerous weapons
An angry mob has descended on three suspected thieves and beat them to a pulp with dangerous weapons. The thieves were caught allegedly stealing telecommunication mast batteries. They were caught at Emenike street, off Ngwa Road in Aba, Abia State.
They were caught with 15 lister batteries which are the change over batteries that power the MTN mast. One of the suspected thieves was identified as Bakassi. However, the criminals were saved by a team of police officers who came and took them to the barracks.
